“Andrew and his team at TPS & CO Construction have taken on three different building projects for me between 2015 and 2019.

While each project varied in scope, time constraints and budget, Andrew and his team consistently provided outstanding service across all stages from quotation, through to planning, execution, and completion.

In particular, Andrew was able to provide aesthetic, practical and cost effective suggestions for each project. Throughout the work problems were addressed proactively and the nature of the problem and possible solutions were communicated clearly. All members of the team were a pleasure to have on site and demonstrated care, attention to detail and pride in their work. 

The last of these projects was the comprehensive renovation of my own art deco apartment including the attic conversion to a 1 bedroom studio with bathroom & kitchenette. This presented several logistic and structural challenges and required collaboration with a designer, sourcing of artisans, awareness of the expectations and concerns of other residents and meticulous waste management. It is an understatement to say I was extremely pleased with the end result.
